What we collect and why

Only what you write in the contact forms: your name, email, phone (optional) and message, plus the reference of the property or development you are asking about. We use it to answer you and, if you are an agency, to manage our collaboration.

To limit spam, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your IP address (it cannot be turned back into the address) and your browser type.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in answering agencies we work with.

How long we keep it

While we are dealing with your request and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who else sees it

No one, except the providers we need to run the website (hosting and email delivery), under contract and only for that purpose. We do not sell or share data.

If you open a map, your browser requests the map tiles from OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data), which receives your IP address like any website you visit. The map only loads when you open it.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data, object to its use or ask for it to be limited or transferred by writing to (to be completed). If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
